What other health services does Pear tree medical clinic provide?

Answer: Peartree medical clinic provides independent medical evaluations, immigration physicals, FAA pilot physicals (first,second,and third class and the basic FAA evaluation), DOT truck physicals, drug testing,hair sampling, preemployment physical’s, school physicals,and occupational injury care.

What are your current office hours?

Answer: the clinics current office hours are:
Monday and Tuesday from 8 am to 1 PM
Wednesday from 1 to 5 PM
(other office hours are by special appointment only).

What payments are accepted for preventative health services?

Answer: payments accepted include cash or credit only. No private insurance is accepted. Work comp insurance is accepted.

Is the medical director qualified in his specialty?

Answer: the medical director is board certified in preventive medicine and subspecialty of occupational and environmental medicine. Other certifications include : Opiate dependency treatment certification, immigration certification and FAA certification as an AME or aviation medical examiner.

How long has Pear Tree medical clinic been in business?

Answer: Pear Tree Medical Clinic has been established for 18 years.

What governmental or municipal health services does Pear Tree Medical Clinic perform or provide?

Answer: DOT physical’s, FAA physical’s, USCIS immigration physicals, and pre-employment physicals. Drug testing for these exams are also provided.

Can I bring in my son or daughter and get a drug test?

Answer: the clinic does take walk-in drug testing.
